Payment guidelines
40% of the amount must be paid within 3 days of the booking date.
The remaining 60% must be paid 10 days before the check-in date.
The tourist tax - amounting to € 2,10 per person/day - can be paid or settled in cash on the spot upon check-in.
Routine cleaning (1 per week) is included. Any extra cleaning fees must be agreed upon.

Cancellation guidelines:
If the reservation is cancelled 8-30 days prior to arrival, 40% of the reservation value will be charged, equal to the deposit paid.
If the reservation is cancelled 1-7 days prior to arrival, 100% of the reservation value will be charged.

Hours of silence and respect
Respectful hours apply in the residence from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. and from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Regulations for pets
Animals ( dogs and cats ) are welcome in all our flats. The cost per animal is 20 Euro per night.

Basement - garage
The garage floor is closed but not guarded. Each individual garage has a locking door.

Surveillance and security
The entire exterior of the flats is under 24-hour video surveillance for your own safety. Each customer agrees to the recordings being used only in the event of theft, vandalism or any other kind of investigation on our part.

Check-out
On each arrival the client will receive an inventory of the flat and on departure an inventory check will be carried out. Ergobau Immobili srl reserves the right to check at a later date any damages or missing inventory if not declared in advance by the client.
Upon check-out we kindly ask guests to turn off all lights in the flat, air conditioning and electrical devices.
We ask guests to leave the flat tidy. Dishes and pots and pans must not be left dirty, and we kindly ask you to dispose of rubbish properly. Bed linen and towels must not be so damaged that they cannot be cleaned. In case of untidiness or excessive damage, an extraordinary cleaning fee starting from 100 € will be charged.
